STEP 1: Mounting wing hinges
The pair of front locking doors (only for spans with nominal length of 100 cm) is provided complete with hinges, key lock with locking stick, opening knobs sets, bump-proof gums and fasteners. The first step is to mount the four hinges (pre-assembled provided), in the appropriate housings, prepared in the frames of the doors. Each door hinge is fixed using two self-threading screws supplied
STEP 2: Right wing mounting
Once the hinges have been fastened, each door must be fixed on the reference upright. The operation is carried out, again, by screwing the hinges to the slots of the upright, by inserting two self-threading screws provided, using a cross screwdriver. The assembly operation is the same for the two doors (left and right). Remember that the right door is recognizable, because halfway through it is equipped with the hole for the lock housing.
STEP 3: Mounting left wing
Once the hinges have been fastened, each door must be fixed on the reference upright. The operation is carried out, again, by screwing the hinges to the slots of the upright, by inserting two self-threading screws provided, using a cross screwdriver. The assembly operation is the same for the two doors (left and right). Remember that the right door is recognizable, because halfway through it is equipped with the hole for the lock
STEP 4: Mounting knobs and anti-shock on wings
Once the two doors are screwed on the shelf, you can act on the control screws on each zipper, to obtain the squad and the space necessary to close them easily. Then we proceed to place the anti-shock rubber stickers at the four ends, to cushion the closing of the door on the shelf. Finally, the two black plastic knobs are screwed, using the screws provided.
STEP 5: Wing closing
The pair of doors allows, in the simultaneous presence of side panels and rear backs, to obtain a closed cabinet, complete with lock, starting from a simple shelving. The lever that acts on the back side of the key, allows the correct closure, going to fit under the edge of the corresponding shelf, which must be mounted strictly at the height of the twenty-second slot of the upright.
